The best way to become a better photographer is simply take a lot of photographs. As they say, practice makes perfect and the more you practice the art of photography the better you will become. Practice gives us the opportunity and a reason to try new things and push the limits of our knowledge. Each month the Calvert Photography Club provide the topic for the monthly photo assignment. We also spend a portion of our monthly meeting looking at all of the photos submitted for the previous month's photo assignments. The purpose of the review is to allow members to showcase their work in a supportive environment and to allow for constructive critiques to help us hone our photographic skills.
